Optometry

The Bachelor domain within which this study programme falls into is Environmental Engineering. The length of studies is 4 years (240 ECTS credits). Students gain competences related to the use of optometric evaluation techniques and procedures, to the analysis and prescriptions of visual correction systems, to the visual training, to the maintenance and ergonomics of medical devices, to the computer-based design of different optic systems for correction and visual help for people with vision deficiency, to the technological accomplishment of optic elements for the specific device.
