- registration for the competition: September 1-8, 2026 by accessing the electronic platform https://apps.unitbv.ro/inscrieri/public/index.php – the platform will close on September 8, 2026, at 12:00 o’clock.
* For candidates in the field of Medicine who graduate in the session September 2026, registration is done based on an affidavit stating that they will submit the Bachelor’s degree exam certificate no later than the day of the specialty exam.
- verification, centralization of the registered applicants; posting the list of registered applicants: September 9-11, 2026;
- centralization of proposals, approval of admission committees: September 14, 2026;
- conducting specialized exams (admission competition), for all doctoral fields and types of doctoral studies: September 15-18, 2026;
* For the field of Medicine, the specialty exams for graduates of the session September 2026, may be taken until September 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
- handing in to SDI the minutes of the specialized exams: September 21, 2026, until 14:00 o’clock;
- data centralization and processing: September 22-24, 2026;
- posting the results (initial lists) on the SDI website: September 24, 2026;
- submission of appeals: September 25, 2026, from 8:00 to 12:00, via e-mail at: secretariat-sdi@unitbv.ro , or at the SDI headquarters (Rectorate, 2nd floor, room 210);
- settlement of appeals and posting of results - provisional lists: September 25, 2026;
- signing doctoral study contracts for enrolment: September 28 – September 30, 2026;
- enrolment of admitted applicants, under the order of the Rector of UNITBV and posting of final lists – admitted and enrolled candidates: October 1, 2026;
