International Conference “Wood Science and Engineering in the Third Millennium”
2-4 November 2023, Conference Centre, Transilvania University of Brașov
The Faculty of Furniture Design and Wood Engineering, Department of Wood Processing and Design of Wood Products, organizes the international conference “Wood Science and Engineering in the Third Millennium” – ICWSE 2023, between 2 and 4 November. This year’s edition will host 110 participants, among whom 65 from abroad (representatives of 30 countries, including England, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Korea, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Hungary, Uzbekistan, and more).
Three keynote addresses will be given by Dr. Rupert WIMMER – Universitaet fuer Bodenkultur, Vienna (Austria), Dr. Mark IRLE - L'UNAM Université, Ecole Supérieure du Bois, Nancy (France) and Dr. Marius Catalin BARBU – Transilvania University of Brașov (Romania), to which 83 oral presentations, by sections, are added.
