Research interests:

• Investigation of the dynamics of different structures of the self, as protective/risk factors for anxious-depressive symptoms;
• Impact of the online therapy compared to that of the classic "face-to-face" therapy;
• Development of intervention programs for people at risk from developing mental health problems and improvement of quality of life among adults.
