The 18^th edition of CIBv 2023 International Scientific Conference aims to promote the exchange of ideas on current topics in the field of civil engineering and building services. 

The Conference is organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering within Transilvania University of Brașov, together with Shenyang Jianzhu University of China and the Technical University of Moldova.
