Conference on British and American Studies – the 21st edition
16 - 17 May 2025, ”Sergiu T. Chiriacescu” Conference Centre, Transilvania University of Brașov
The Conference on British and American Studies is an annual event organised by the Faculty of Letters, through the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. In its current format, it is a forum where internationally acknowledged professors and research scientists bring their contributions and exchange ideas, keeping up with the latest advancements in macro- and microlinguistics and the related fields, whilst also contributing to the growth and continued updating thereof.
Over the years, the organizers have welcomed participants from many universities all over Romania, and have equally enjoyed the opportunity of meeting fellow academics from numerous countries on different continents. All their contributions were reviewed and selections of their papers were published in the volumes of conference proceedings.
The 21st edition of the conference will be hosted by “Sergiu T. Chiriacescu” Conference Centre within Transilvania University of Brașov, between 16 and 17 May 2025.
