Trial access to the full collection of academic textbooks edited by Cambridge University Press
17 March - 16 May 2025
Cambridge University Press (CUP) and ROMDIDAC (www.romdidac.ro) offer free access, for two months, to the full collection (1200 titles) of academic textbooks edited by CUP for 19 higher education institutions within the ANELIS Plus consortium.
Drafted and developed to support teaching and learning processes, CUP academic textbooks have a rigorous, topical scientific content, made by acknowledged specialists in those fields. Many of the textbooks include online teaching aids and resources, to better meet the needs of the academic teaching personnel and students worldwide.
The textbooks are made available on the Cambridge platform for higher education (https://www.cambridge.org/highereducation/), which offers many facilities for both students and professors: making annotations, copying excerpts, automatic text reading (text-to-speech), etc. The users can access the textbooks online, via the campus internet network, and offline, on desktop or mobile devices and tablets, via Cambridge Spiral App. In order to access all platform features and to use the textbooks offline, in the application, the users must sign up and create personal accounts (otherwise, the read only option is available to them).
